"Seeing death as the end of life is like seeing the horizon as the end of the ocean." -David Searls
Welcome! My name is Sherrie Petrowski-McDade, LMT S4OM and owner. I provide massage therapy to give Quality of Life. I began studying massage therapy in 2009. I graduated with an Associates degree in Massage Therapy from McCann School of Business and Technology in September 2011. While in school, I began continuing education credits in Sports Massage and Oncology and Mastectomy Massage in 2010-2011. Since then, my continuing education has been in Sports Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Orthopedic Massage, Functional Taping, Kinesiology Taping, and most recently a S4OM Foundational Oncology Massage taught by Society For Oncology Massage instructors. I will obtain continuing education credits in early June 2018 for Hospice Massage, which will be taught by an S4OM instructor, as well. I have been a Sports based massage practice, Massage For All Sports, since opening in April 2012. My practice is now based on Everyday Wellness, Oncology, and Hospice Massage, as well as Sports. My Signature Massage is different. It is a mix of modalities, because I do not believe one technique in a massage session is fully effective for the client on my table. I mix Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, & Sports techniques in one session with Aromatherapy and Heat. My massage practice benefits the healthiest of athletes to the frailest of patients. I recently became contracted with Allied Services in Scranton providing massage therapy to their patients. I am blessed and excited to be given the opportunity to provide such a beautiful gift-the gift of touch. I make home/facility visits, as well. Please take some time to look over my website to view all that my practice has to offer. Book an appointment today to find out why my clients always say, "It's the best massage I have ever had"! Thank You for visiting. Have a great day!
